When you give to HOPE (Help Other People Eat), you’re doing more than donating food—you’re providing nourishment, comfort, and joy for local children, adults, seniors, veterans, and low-income families through delicious holiday meals and groceries.

No one should face the holidays hungry. Together, we can bring joy to the table for thousands of Dane County neighbors who are struggling this season.
Last year, HOPE supporters brought holiday cheer to 12,700 people during Thanksgiving and Christmas with 5,336 holiday meals and 2,949 holiday grocery orders. During last year’s Thanksgiving grocery distribution, we broke records for the most households served in a single day, two days in a row—467 on Nov. 19 and 507 on Nov. 20.
This year, demand is already at an all-time high—14% higher than last year. We’re preparing to serve even more people over the holidays, but we need your help to make it happen!
