Enrolling as an ACH donor is a simple process.
1. Complete the form below and click NEXT.
2. The second page will ask you for the monthly amount. All donations are made on the 15th of each month. After you click SUBMIT, the completed enrollment form is automatically emailed to The River.
3. You have 2 options for sharing your bank account information with The River:
- Request that The River send you an encrypted email to securely obtain your bank account information.
- Provide a voided check. Mail to or drop off at: The River Food Pantry, 3301 Packers Ave, Madison, WI 53704
4. For questions, or to cancel or change your monthly donation through ACH, simply contact us at development@riverfoodpantry.org.
