Upcycling Wool and Fleece to Feed Hungry People | The River Food Pantry

Cold weather and the holidays are just around the corner. Stay warm and give back with one-of-a-kind, upcycled wool and fleece mittens, and reusable eco-friendly dryer balls handcrafted by volunteers from Pantry Partners of Dane County (formerly known as ReMitts)!

Each pair of these beautiful, warm mittens is handmade from repurposed wool and lined with soft fleece, making them as cozy as they are sustainable. Even better? All proceeds benefit The River when you purchase from the following events and locations:

 Wool mittens are sold for $40 per pair,  fleece mittens for $30 per pair and dryer balls are $20 for a pack of 3.

Pantry Partners also needs donations of 100% wool and fleece, which can be dropped off at The River. Your old sweater could become someone’s favorite new pair of mittens!
